Information we collect from you

To register an account and/or process an order from you we need your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address.  We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.  Our website is hosted by a company who strictly adhere to the requirements of the GDPR and are committed to providing a secure environment in order to safeguard information processed on their platform.

We do not collect sensitive information about you. In order to maintain the accuracy of our database,  you can check, update or remove your personal details by logging into your account. In certain circumstances, legislation may mean that some personal details cannot be immediately deleted as some statutes require that records are kept for a specified period of time e.g. some tax law specifies that records must be kept for 6 years.

How long your data is held

Data is held for as long as is needed for you to access our services subject to any provisions in any relevant statutory law that requires us to retain it for longer.

We will conduct regular reviews of the data we hold and erase any that appears to have fallen dormant and is not required for any statutory, historical or statistical purposes.  In some circumstances data may be anonymised instead of being completely deleted but in such cases all data that identifies a person will be removed.
